    No, the products sold in China have been adjusted to the commonly used sizes in China. The CHN Size is generally one size smaller than US Size, i.e., the CHN Size L is equivalent to US Size M.

  • 7.How to wash and care for Under Armour products?

    Fabric care instructions are provided on the tag of each Under Armour sportswear for your reference.

    Instructions for Clothes: please wash in time, do not soak for long time; wash separately or with similar color; do not use fabric softeners; do not scrub; wash and iron inside out; do not iron pyrographic parts.

    Instructions for Shoes: remove excess dirt and mud promptly; do not submerge shoes in water; for leather and suede leather products, better not use machine cleaning or drying, use soft cloth or banister brush wetted with cold water, and mild detergent to scrub gently; use leather detergent to clean leather products and air-dry.

  • 1.Do I have to be a member in order to make a purchase?

    Under Armour Hong Kong official shopping website accepts purchases from non-member.

  • 2.Can I place an order by phone?

    Under Armour Hong Kong official shopping website currently accepts online purchases only. If you have any questions during shopping, please click online customer service, contact us through consulting hotline or email us for advice.

  • 3.How can I place an order?
    You may place your order by the following procedure:

    (1) Choose items

    (2) Add to cart: choose color, size, quantity, you may continue shopping or view cart and Checkout

    (3) Confirm order: review order details and click “Proceed to checkout”

    (4) Register/login or visitor’s checkout: If you are already a member, please login with your user name and password. If you are not a member, please click new user registration or checkout as guest/visitor.

    (5) Submit order: Fill in your address, shipping method, method of payment, click “Submit Order”, and keep a record of order.

    Under “My Account”, you can add new address in “My Address Book”. Fill in your friend’s information in detail. Choose your friend’s information when you click “proceed to checkout”.

  • 5..How to confirm if the transaction is complete?

    Your order stands for your intensions in purchasing items on our website. Once your order has placed, we will send you an email with order confirmation number. This number can be used to track delivery status. For registered user, you can view order status via “My Order” in “My Account”.

    Hypoallergenic Hong Kong official shopping web site accept PayPal and credit card online payment.

  • 2.Can I choose pay on delivery as my method of payment?

    Currently, Under Armour Hong Kong official shopping website does not accept pay on delivery as method of payment. Please pay with Paypal and credit card.

  • 3.Why is there a price difference between price in my cart and the actual amount paid in my order?

    The total amount in your cart is shown in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). However, Paypal and credit cards trade in Renminbi (RMB) or US Dollar (USD) instead of HKD in the system. UNDER AMOUR converts HKD automatically into RMB or USD according to the set exchange rate as we process the transaction. So you may feel that there is a price difference.

  • 4.What is the limit amount for online payment?

    Currently, each bank has its limit per transaction for online payment. Due to different banking policies, we recommend you to consult with your bank about relevant issues before you proceed.

  • 5.What are the reasons when the payment is rejected?

    (1) Your bank card is out of the service scope.

    (2) Bank card wasn’t activated to the online payment function.

    (3) Bank card has expired, cancelled or reported lost.

    (4) Bank card has insufficient funds remaining.

    (5) Wrong bank card number or password.

    (6) Wrong ID.

    (7) Errors in banking system data transmission.

  • 6.How to determine if the online payment is complete?

    When you complete online payment process, system will prompt a successful payment message. If the system prompts neither a successful nor a failed message, please check your bank card’s remaining balance via telephone, ATM, front desk or online banking. Payment is successful when the correct amount has been deducted in the account.

  • 7.What happens when my order payment didn’t go through?

    If your payment is failed because your credit card is overdrawn above quota, insufficient funds, network is offline accidentally, please click “My Account” page to find the order and try again.

  • 1.What are the delivery methods that I can choose?

    Currently, Under Armour Hong Kong official shopping website ships by S.F. Express only.

  • 2.Delivery Timelines

    Please click “Logistics” to view your shipment status. Arrival dates are for reference only. Please check with the courier company for the actual shipping time. For statutory holidays, arrival time will be delayed accordingly. Actual delivery time is subject to information released by Courier. Actual shipping time will be postponed according to the delivery time published on website in case of statutory holidays and festivals.

  • 3.Shipping Fee

    Orders without footwear: Shipping fee is HK$45.

    Orders with footwear: Shipping fee is HK$70.

    Please choose the correct shipping address when you place your order. System will show the shipping fee according to the address you provided.

  • 4.Can I inspect the product I am receiving prior to signing the waybill?

    Open-box inspection is allowed. You are required to sign the waybill and examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces in the presence of the Courier Company representative. In the event that there are visible signs of missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please indicate the problem to the courier company representative, reject the delivery, and contact our customer service department immediately. We will try our best to find the solution for you. Please do not open or damage the products and packaging. For any other problem (style, size) with your order, you will have to pay for the delivery charges.

  • 7.What shall I do if I do not receive products when courier delivers?

    If no one was available when we tried to deliver your shipment or the courier company representative was unable to reach you, we will email you regarding to this matter. Please contact the courier company as soon as possible and they will schedule to make the second attempt. If we neither receive your reply nor hear back from you, we will ask the courier company to deliver the package back to the warehouse. Customer is obliged to cover round trip shipping cost. If you still want the product, our suggestion is to make another order. We are sorry for all the inconvenience.

  • 1.Returns?

    Under Armour Hong Kong accepts returns within seven (7) days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods, along with a receipt for a full refund. The item(s) must be returned in its original individual packaging where applicable.The identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;Unfortunately, at this time, Under Armour Hong Kong does not accept online exchange requests. However, we can assist with a return and a new order.

    Currently, Under Armour Hong Kong official shopping website does not have exchange service. If customer needs exchange service, we will follow the return procedure and ask you to place the order again.

    Products that are used at improper location, including but not limited to:

    Products that are in contact with very damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, cooking oil, excessive heating, and etc

    Products that have loose thread, cracking due to external scratch by hard object or internal abrasion

    Damaged products that have passed their service life

    Damaged products due to inappropriate washing

    Color fading products because of display reasons

  • 4.The Do’s and Don’ts for returns

    (1)If you request for a return over quality issues with the product which has been used or damaged, Under Armour reserves the final decision.

    (2) Customer needs to return the products within 5 days after he/she requests for return

    (3) Customer must return shopping list, gifts and accessories.

    (4) For the sake of the product, it’s recommended to ship with S.F. Express. Please keep the return products in carton

    (5) Amount returned will be affected by the currency exchange rate. Actual return amount is subject to the amount customer receives. Discount, promotion code and shipping charges will not be returned.

  • 5.Return Shipping Costs

    You are responsible for the return shipping costs when the item(s) does not have quality issues. SF-Express is recommended. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service representatives first.You may send back the parcel as COD (Collect on Delivery) after we have confirmed the reason of return and the terms and conditions subject to our return policy.

    We will refund the purchase price and within five (5) working days after the warehouse has handled your return and confirmed the conditions of the merchandise. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.If you paid via bank transfer you need to give your bank details to our Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. You will receive your refund with five (5) working days after the product has been returned and processed. Under Armour Hong Kong does not have any obligation to re-issue or refund discounts, promotion gifts, and shipping fees.

  • 9.Can I return Under Armour products bought in the U.S.?

    Unfortunately, you cannot return Under Armour products bought in the U.S. to a location in China.

  • 1.How to track my order?

    If you are a registered member, please enter your user name and password to view order status. You can click “My Account” on the top of the page to go view order status.

    If you are not a registered member, please click “Guests Order Inquiry” at the bottom of the navigation page. Enter your email address and order number, you can view your order status.

  • 2.How to read your order status?

    Not Paid: When you create order, the order status would show “Not paid”. Customers can still cancel orders at this status. Orders will be cancelled automatically if one does not complete his/her payment within 6 hours .

    Paid: Order cannot be modified after the order has been paid successfully. If you need to modify relevant order information, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

    Cancelled: Order has been cancelled.

    Shipping on the way: All of the products in your order has shipped. Please view order waybill number and shipping status in “My Order” via “My Account”.

    Order completed: System will update order status as “Order completed” automatically 15 days after products receipt.

  • 3.Can I modify or cancel online orders?

    Generated Order cannot be modified. Customer can cancel created order at any time. System will cancel your order automatically if there’s unconfirmed payment within 6 hours .

    If you accidentally cancel orders that are either paid or are on the way, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

    After your order has shipped, you are not allowed to cancel your order. If you cancel orders that have shipped already, please contact us as soon as possible before it is delivered. We’ll inform courier to cancel your shipment. In the event that the courier is not able to reach you, you can reject sign-off after products delivery. In this way, customer is obliged to pay for the round trip shipping charge.
