Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend Most cross training shoes are usually only good for lifting and not running. I've done both and these shoes are great for both!! Unlike a running shoe you are not pushed onto the ball of your foot while running so you do need to be mindful of your form (but my feet did not hurt after running in them). On the other side, they are flat enough I was not pushed forward to the balls of my feet while lifting. A true cross training shoe!!! (FINALY) and true to size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size not true Love the black and white color combo. However I have six other pairs for UA shoes that are all 10.5. My foot a little loose sideways and length was about 1/2 inch too long. So I exchanged it for a 10.
